– \u00a0commended the Egyptian-Palestinian-Arab plan for the reconstruction of Gaza, emphasizing that it must take place with Palestinians remaining on their homeland and without displacement. He called on U.S. President Donald Trump to support these efforts.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– declared the establishment of a new position\u2014a Vice President for both the PLO and the State of Palestine\u2014and pledged to take the necessary legal steps to formalize the role.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– stressed that The State of Palestine should assume its responsibilities the Gaza Strip through its governmental institutions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– ensured that the Palestinian government will assume its responsibilities in Gaza, implementing the Egyptian-Palestinian-Arab reconstruction plan, continuing governmental reform and development programmes, and intensifying efforts to strengthen Palestinian national unity.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– reaffirmed readiness to hold general elections\u2014both presidential and legislative\u2014next year, provided that suitable conditions are met in Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem, as in previous elections.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– announced plans to revamp key national institutions and inject new leadership into the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), the Fatah movement, and state bodies. He confirmed that the Palestinian Central Council would convene soon to discuss these developments.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0reaffirmed their readiness to engage immediately with the US administration and all international partners to resume peace negotiations aimed at reaching a just and lasting resolution to the Palestinian cause.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0condemned the policies of starvation and scorched earth designed to forcibly uproot the Palestinian people from their land.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

–\u00a0 condemned Israel\u2019s recent decision to block entry of humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip and close border crossings used in relief works; affirm that these measures constitute a violation of the ceasefire agreement, international law, and humanitarian international law.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– \u00a0 \u00a0warned that any unjust attempts to displace the Palestinian people or annex any part of the occupied Palestinian territory will plunge the region into a new cycle of conflicts, erode prospects for stability, and widen the scope of confrontation to involve other states in the region.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– \u00a0 endorsed the plan presented by the Arab Republic of Egypt regarding early recovery and reconstruction in Gaza.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– \u00a0 underscored the paramount priority of fully implementing the ceasefire agreement in its second and third phases, while ensuring that all parties, particularly the Israeli side, honour their commitments in a manner that leads to a permanent cessation of aggression against Gaza, Israel\u2019s complete withdrawal from the Strip, and the unhindered, immediate, and sufficient delivery of humanitarian, shelter, and medical aid across all areas of the Strip, alongside the facilitation of the safe return of displaced residents to their homes.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0 acknowledged the constructive role played by the administration of US President Donald Trump, in coordination with the Arab Republic of Egypt and the State of Qatar, in securing the ceasefire agreement and the release of hostages and detainees.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0 supported the State of Palestine’s commitment to holding legislative and presidential elections as soon as conditions permit.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– \u00a0 urged the cessation of Israeli aggression in the West Bank.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– \u00a0 asserted unequivocal rejection and condemnation of any attempts to forcibly displace the Palestinians from their camps and cities or to annex any part of the West Bank.<\/p>\n

– \u00a0urged nations to commit to implementing the two advisory opinions of the International Court of Justice and its orders regarding the crimes of Israel, the occupying Power, while stressing the necessity of prosecuting all those responsible for the grave violations and crimes committed against the Palestinian people through international and national justice mechanisms.<\/p>\n
